I thought the backups were going correctly but when I did need the backup information is when I found problems with their backup.
I found CashFootprint to be a great cloud POS. This great application keeps my inventory organized and allows me o keep a history of my customers while process transactions in a secure manner.
Figuring out how to add discounts to items is confusing since we don't discount everything the same.
We are very satisfied because the support has been very good and the price comparison to similar products was a winning combination.

The software so far has been solid, very good SQL database structure and well suited for touchscreen. Best of all NO monthly payments.

I absolutely love Espos now. It has an amazing back office, tons of report options and very easy to use as a manager.
Since, the beginning I had many technical problems and problems with the support team. Once accidentally, they've deleted all my sales and product data during trading.
The system is very easy to use and is super user friendly. Customizable dashboards were a big plus as well.
Overall, my experience with EPos Now has been a disaster from start to finish. Poor customer service, buggy software, and deceptive pricing make them a company I would strongly advise anyone to avoid.
