The few questions I have had since then have been answered quickly. The support has been awesome and I really appreciate that they are located in the US.
Unfortunately, after 5 months of use, it was still having problems mapping information over from EDI and other Commerce websites.
Overall fast and reliable service with decent customer support. They are comfortable to deal with and good at issue resolution.
A work around is needed for this. Sometimes we miss when a new feature is released.
Finally we have a software that can manage our inventory quick and effectively. Love how easy the integration to Amazon was!!! The training team was extremelly knowledgeable and friendly.
Heck, they made us buy a $2,000 training package. B The product search function is frustrating.
Support staff has been awesome and we are super excited to get this system up and running.
E Multiple warehouse functionality is limited. We have warehouses and sales channels in the US, and also in the UK.
Today, we work with a robust program that seamlessly matches our operational needs. As fantastic as the program is, the customer support is as good or even better.
I have a hard time following our trainer's teaching. He never answers our questions fully or remembers where we left off.
The unrelenting inventory control mechanisms in place - along with ease of use with terrific modules for billing, AR, RMAs, etc. Put SIMMS ahead of the queue.
Our trainer is on a four-hour time difference, which cuts our available training time in half. I asked him how to change the "ship to" address on the PO form.
It has some good features like being able attached copy documents.
If you have time to learn this is for you. It's a great organization system.
