Canto's platform, with flexible pricing, serves diverse industries, empowering teams from as small as 50 to teams in their thousands. We help creative & marketing teams scale their content production.
When you work with partners (e.i. franchises, teams, resellers, dealers, agents) and you want your teams to create on-brand content across all channels and find content instantly.
I have been very happy with centralizing the huge amount of creative assets that come from our team.
Also having some problems with the Wordpress connectivity at the moment.
Canto makes it easy to keep all of our creative assets in one place, and perfectly accessible by team members as well as the full company and clients.
Either the tags and descriptions would be off or not show up at all, or it would add the wrong information.
I like the ease of sharing with external collaborators and vendors our digital assets and the ability to maintain version control.
Canto is advertised as easy to use for designers, and it is terrible.
I loved the ease of use, and the nice visual interface. It has great options for meta data which make the search feature very useful.
The inability to work on Adobe files from the server.
We have benefitted in a great way by using Marvia, but I believe there are still a lot more benefits to gain and Marvia is always working with us to see and understand how we can gain those benefits.
The filter in the administrator does not always work properly. Sometimes hard to get an overview of all the orders.
Marvia has a great amount of functionalities and they are very easy to use. The combination of these has made Marvia great for skilled users but also beginners.
Complex templates are sometimes hard to implement.
Marvia is a great company to work with, helpfull and easy to get in touch with. They are always looking for the win/win situation.
We sometimes experience little bugs within the software. However the people at Marvia are always willing to solve problems.
The most positive thing about having launched Marvia is that our colleagues now became visual designers themselves, giving them the opportunity to create flyers and posters within a short time.
It is not possible to create or redesign your templates by yourself.
Daniel C.: I'm Daniel, Creative Director at a public school, and I would give Canto a five out of five. Before deciding on Canto, we were really on a lot of different platforms. We had stuff on Google Drive. We had stuff on Dropbox, we had stuff on our desktop computers, we had stuff on our internal secure drive, and we really wanted to consolidate all of those different disparate options into one convenient tool that everyone on our team could use and have equal access to. So we looked at a couple of different solutions, Adobe Bridge, Filecamp, but Canto was really the one that met all of our needs at the right price point. We really needed a tool that would streamline our photo management process, both the intake and the use of assets across our different platforms, and when evaluating the different options, Canto came across as the one that best met the needs. They have really great automatic AI tagging. They have an easy to use interface. They had a really great ability to connect to Adobe Creative Suite, which is the main design platform that we use, so we could pull in assets right when we're working on projects. And it really just ended up being a solution that fit across the board. And it really saved us a lot of time. That was one of the big features that we were looking for. We were spending so much time on all these different places that we weren't having the amount of creative ability to develop the types of content that we wanted to. And Canto really allowed us to do that. The Canto onboarding process was absolutely amazing. We had an individual person who we worked with that provided us with training. We would meet, I'd say, weekly over the course of about a month and then they would help set up our environment, they would give us tips and tricks and training, and then they would answer all of our questions. And then after that onboarding process was finished, we still were able to get really great service, really fast responses if we ever had a technical issue or a question. Really couldn't be pleased and I would say that there hasn't been a better onboarding process that I've been through. I would strongly recommend Canto to any organization that is looking to create really a comprehensive digital asset management tool. It's an all-in-one stop for you. It's got a lot of great features. And if you can afford it, if it's in your budget, I really think there's nothing better on the market. It's just been fantastic for us. Great tools. Great service. Fantastic onboarding. Definitely recommend it.
