Alpega TMS vs GoFreight: Which is a better fit?

Alpega(Transwide) has given me a good experience. It is user friendly and allows my company to conduct business in the manner it needs to, to best serve our customers.

The notifications are sometimes delayed, on when they are going to have outages.

We are very happy with the tool and the service provided by it and the team that helped implement it. Ellie and Stephanie were great to work with, even coming on-site to our facility for training.

Every day there are Error messages meaning a problem with someone's call-off, I receive all errors (Roquette sites all over the world). Would be great if we could see only U.S. call-off errors.

Twslot is a great tool for scheduling and day to day business. I am very pleased with the program and the service we receive from Transwide.

No indication of when the site is going down, just an apology email.

It is fairly user friendly, and adding new users is easy. In addition, the support team is very helpful whenever assistance is needed with setting new users up or resolving general issues.

One of the downfalls with the system is the inability to see the rates we provided our customer in the system.

First of All, the price is pretty good. I have been in this industry for more then 10 years, and seen different kind of systems, cost more or less.

Sometimes port code is confusing, also we have to manually add ramp and ports.

Accounting functions are also super good. My OP and accounting never have to back and force for double and triple checking.

Difficult to import/export datasets from other firms.

This software is User friendly, easy to use but powerful and it's cloud based. You can simply access it anyway and anytime you can without complicated setup.

Most important for us as a Gofreight user. No worry about Data lost.

Easy to operate, good for management. This is the software we are looking for.

Search time sometimes gets laggy, causing slight delay while working.
