Customer Service has been great so far. Pricing has to be competitive and certain features need to be improved.

I have to do all the programing, its clunky, not intuitive and built like the original MAC. Lack of integrations- terrible back end- snapshot or dashboard is nearly non existent.

The amazing team are highly responsive to any queries. The live chat tool has been very helpful in solving many of the issues we faced during initial customization process.

Lack of integration with my preferred histology lab. The software has gone down a couple of times, which is a real problem as we rely so heavily on it for consent taking and clinical notes.

My overall experience has been a very good one with this software, mainly because they have excellent customer service and the fact that it is very user friendly.

Some of the templates were a little difficult to set up.

Allows us really good automation and helps with making us seem more professional. Good that we can use referrals, loyalty and gift vouchers.

Can be difficult to use, and complicated to set up.

Very great experience and I love the user interface. A very affordable recommendable software.

There is no virtual waiting room so is difficult to schedule the calls. It takes very long to wait for patient to answer.

The ease of which links can be sent to patients and connectedness to our EMR is fantastic.

Horrendous customer service. No appreciation for customer’s time.

The video quality is great. That's all I enjoyed for the 4 days that costs me $94.00.

The inability to fax blast to a contact list. The complexity of adding/importing contact lists.

I have already recommended this product to colleagues. I like that it is HIPPA compliant, ease of use, and attaches easily to patient folder in EHR.

We have been able to see patients that are high risk and did not need to come into the office. I can forsee it being beneficial as we move forward from this crisis.
