Pabau vs CredentialMyDoc: Which is a better fit?

Customer Service has been great so far. Pricing has to be competitive and certain features need to be improved.

I have to do all the programing, its clunky, not intuitive and built like the original MAC. Lack of integrations- terrible back end- snapshot or dashboard is nearly non existent.

The amazing team are highly responsive to any queries. The live chat tool has been very helpful in solving many of the issues we faced during initial customization process.

Lack of integration with my preferred histology lab. The software has gone down a couple of times, which is a real problem as we rely so heavily on it for consent taking and clinical notes.

My overall experience has been a very good one with this software, mainly because they have excellent customer service and the fact that it is very user friendly.

Some of the templates were a little difficult to set up.

Allows us really good automation and helps with making us seem more professional. Good that we can use referrals, loyalty and gift vouchers.

Can be difficult to use, and complicated to set up.

We were able to improve the quality and speed of our credentialing process. Data input was simplified which increased our ability to quickly document provider information over the phone.

Consistent issues with providers not receiving the link to application and unable to re-open if they could not complete all at once. Providers frustrated over link issues.

Very easy to use and they are constantly working to improve the product...we love the new report writer...it's a great help.

Sometimes there are too many options, it can be confusing for the occasional user.

I credential for a pretty large group. CMD has been able to help me manage all of my providers important documentation, as well as provide great assistance with getting applications completed.

Inability to link to NPDB. I don't like the fact that we cannot hide fields.

I love the system so much I requested it be purchased as part of my package with my new employer. Reporting, forms, tasking all are easy to use and helps make the onboarding process seamless.

There are too many outdated forms no longer in use that they do not remove despite requests.
