Pabau vs Rhinogram: Which is a better fit?

Customer Service has been great so far. Pricing has to be competitive and certain features need to be improved.

I have to do all the programing, its clunky, not intuitive and built like the original MAC. Lack of integrations- terrible back end- snapshot or dashboard is nearly non existent.

The amazing team are highly responsive to any queries. The live chat tool has been very helpful in solving many of the issues we faced during initial customization process.

Lack of integration with my preferred histology lab. The software has gone down a couple of times, which is a real problem as we rely so heavily on it for consent taking and clinical notes.

My overall experience has been a very good one with this software, mainly because they have excellent customer service and the fact that it is very user friendly.

Some of the templates were a little difficult to set up.

Allows us really good automation and helps with making us seem more professional. Good that we can use referrals, loyalty and gift vouchers.

Can be difficult to use, and complicated to set up.

We love the program and are so happy we chose to use it for our technology in the office to communicate with patients.

The one downside is that if you have multiple family members on the same phone # it's hard to keep track of who is the responsible/owner of the phone.

Rhinogram has vastly improved our ability to communicate with patients. Many people prefer texting these days, so it's an amazing tool to keep our patient population engaged with their care.

The virtual appointment should be more reliable as far as being able to consistently connect. It could be My errors and patient errors that are preventing connection.

All the staff find it very helpful and the secure communications feature of it is great to re-assure patients that their information is being keep safe.

SIKA has been the absolute worst part about using Rhinogram.

Our office is very happy with our experience. Great customer service and onboarding process makes starting with Rhinogram very easy.

I really don't like what was done to the Templates list when it was changed to the Library. I used to be able to see more text instead of hovering.
