My overall experience has been a very good one with this software, mainly because they have excellent customer service and the fact that it is very user friendly.
I have to do all the programing, its clunky, not intuitive and built like the original MAC. Lack of integrations- terrible back end- snapshot or dashboard is nearly non existent.
The amazing team are highly responsive to any queries. The live chat tool has been very helpful in solving many of the issues we faced during initial customization process.
Lack of integration with my preferred histology lab. The software has gone down a couple of times, which is a real problem as we rely so heavily on it for consent taking and clinical notes.
Allows us really good automation and helps with making us seem more professional. Good that we can use referrals, loyalty and gift vouchers.

Excellent search criteria and comprehensive exercise content. Lots of options for customization and easy to print, save, or email to clients.
They are missing an automatic numbering of exercises function.
Love that you can save your favorites, flip images (for R/L preference), customize the parameters and/or save frequently used ones, etc.
Its difficult to copy exercises from different clients. Exercises sent via email are not downloaded directly and clients don't like to be redirected.
I regularly have patients report they are very happy with the product they receive and are impressed with the professional service that simple set offers.
Exercises are missing although the library is growing every day.

A lot of times as a physical therapist, it is a very time sensitive business where we are trying to deliver a service in a timely fashion. So the efficiency that SimpleSet provides helps a lot with that. The thing I like most about SimpleSet is that the creators are always staying up to date with either current trends in the software or the physical therapy industry. And also that it's very user-friendly. The only thing I can say I really dislike about SimpleSet is only some small computing, I guess, items about it. There's only some small pet peeves, shall we say. Things like you can't shift tab to return back up to the previous line item that you've tabbed through. And also there are a lot of exercises. So sometimes it's difficult to search and find the one you're looking for. But they have improved upon that a lot over the last few years. So they're very minor things that I don't like about SimpleSet.
