Overall I love the software and it is a great system. It saves me so much time and effort, which is awesome for my busy schedule.
Problems are expected in software, however, when the customer service and support requests are not there, it makes it a bad experience. Support was often unresponsive even during critical issues.
I liked what appeared to be easy integration with other tools. I liked the ability to provide a members portal for my customers where they could view bookings, invoices, and events.
The iron wifi integration does not work properly and did not allow members in Office RnD to log into the wifi. The QuickBooks integration has problems with syncing the transactions and sales tax.
Overall it has been amazing, anytime we run into any issue the support team has been super responsive and super helpful.
There was never a moment I didn't have an issue with the program. The update pushes would cause more problems than they would fix.
Even when the platform wouldn't have a solution the support team helped us find other ways that we could solve our issue. Going above and beyond our expectations repeteadly and making us super happy.
If I really had to find something negative, I'd probably say the pricing of the white label mobile app.
There are tons of tutorials that are so helpful and live chat, that enables you to get to a quick answer on anything you need. Very friendly and great customer support.
The fact that it's mobile-only is somewhat inconvenient for our members who are stuck to their laptop all day.
The ease of use for our members to book rooms and handling their own billing is unlike any other program we've seen. The cherry on top is the AMAZING support from the Optix customer service team.
We only run into problems ( questions and uncertainties, really.) when we start to get into the nitty gritty of things that aren't really the primary use or functions.
The Team is great and have replied to everything I've queried, fixed bugs, helped and advised. There team are top notch and I feel supported.
By the time we reached out to Optix, we were so jaded and annoyed by SaaS product teams that we expected more of the same.
Easy to use and a lot of nice features. Interface looks good and is very intuitive.
It's terrible at displaying schedule information on a calendar. The calendar can function much better than how it is.
