I looks great and I now have a website which can take bookings, payments online and gives me the opportunity to at the same time pull great marketing reports.
So far I haven't reenable to figure out how cancelled appointments get cancelled from my Google Calendar, that's a bit of a bother.
The software is reliable and in case u need some help, there is the live chat, that is very responsive and helpful. In general, it is very easy to work with.
I was having trouble finding the link to send to people I had to do a lot of copying and pasting.
It has been a wonderful experience and I get all my notifications as promise and all things they promise has been great customer service is also wonderful and very helpful.

Its an excellent tool for use, its friendly to the user, it helps process the reservations requested by customers and its easy to manage payments.
Their customer service sucks, one of the worst. Took away so many functionalities that we could do here, so that they can charge us to do it themselves.
Helps with walk in reservation and also helps with price adjustment over the weekdays / weekends. Overall I had a limited but good experience with this tool.
The interface is not working pop ups are very annoying and freeze the software which forces me to close the whole system down.
Overall, I am thankful a tool like this exists. The ability to serve guests wouldn't happen in a way where we meet all the needs without a platform that captures all the little details.
Internet loss and the cloud-based system will seriously cause trouble for front desk workers.
All the data points , endless reports , great value and quick to run , multi layered and great for different functions the front desks and staff need to use and for management to review.
However its too depended on Internet and IT staffs. Its difficult for other departments when having trouble with IT staffs not available.

I loved SimplyBook.me because it had certain features I needed, like being able to book services and automated mails. To help me stay organized basically in the way I scheduled my services. Those are the main reasons I loved SimplyBook.me. Using SimplyBook.me was quite straight forward actually. Everything was easy to navigate, all the features you needed, you can just use them. It was quite straight forward actually and then whenever you get confused there are guides and videos to help you. SO it is quite straight forward. Yeah, if you planning on using SimplyBook.me, I would say just go for it. I mean depending on the plan you're paying for their features are quite useful. They come in handy. Depending on the service you're offering anyway. For me it was quite handy.
