We love the software and the service from support is outstanding. We have a phenomenal relationship with eSCRIBE staff.
As a result staff got frustrated and lost trust in the software.
It makes putting together an agenda a pleasure instead of the old nightmare it use to be. The ease of putting in agenda items once approved is amazing.
We lost some functionality after the last upgrade.
Customer service is outstanding - friendly, quick to respond and very helpful.
The information provided for updating is a bit confusing. As I am not a techno wizard when the updates come I am never sure if they are to be forwarded on to all eScribe users or just ipad users.
Ease to create agendas and the task management allows us to keep track of outstanding issues from every meeting. We are looking forward to seeing the product in HTML.
The inability to track resolutions (I am not sure how others manage their resolutions to ensure completion or to see what resolutions are still "on the books").
We loved the ability to share documents throughout the company with Dropbox. We ended up switching to OneDrive - only because it is free to us.
There have been instances where we have experienced sync conflicts in folders that resulted in multiple copies of documentation sitting around and that can get confusing.
Well the overall business experience of the dropbox is just amazing its like who can't afford the price for they have free version too well it's great.
Looking for a passive aggressive way to make someone miserable, Dropbox is the tool for you.
It is an easy way to store files and documents and have them organized. It is also super useful you can then access everything you upload from any other device or share them with someone else.
I suspect that it could be vulnerable to malware if anyone on the team uploads an infected file.
Super simple for me, super fast secure and accessible anywhere. It's a great product that is integrated into all operating systems and devices.
Sometimes there are errors in synchronizing files. With poor internet its difficult for all the files to be uploaded.
Allison B.: Hi, my name is Allison. I am a litigation paralegal, and on a scale of one to five, I give Dropbox a five. Currently, we use Dropbox to actually communicate with other attorneys, courts. We store our files there, and it's very, very time management, and it's great so that we can literally assign clients their Dropbox. They can go in and they can insert pictures or whatever they need to put in those spots also. So we basically use it as a tool for our case management. What I like most is that I can use it here at the office or if I'm at home. Let's say I'm on vacation, I'm never without it. I'm always able to access it and get the information. It's not like just, okay, if you save something on your desktop or on your normal computer, you go out of town, client call, you have no access, you have to call into the office. But with Dropbox, you always have that information, so I like the flexibility. Well our firm is pretty large. We have about anywhere from 15 to 20. We do way over $1 million in revenue a year, so I haven't had a problem where anything gets stuck, anything get lost, or I get to a place or go somewhere where I'm not able to access Dropbox. So right now I'm fine with it.
