eScribe vs BoardDocs: Which is a better fit?

We love the software and the service from support is outstanding. We have a phenomenal relationship with eSCRIBE staff.

As a result staff got frustrated and lost trust in the software.

It makes putting together an agenda a pleasure instead of the old nightmare it use to be. The ease of putting in agenda items once approved is amazing.

We lost some functionality after the last upgrade.

Customer service is outstanding - friendly, quick to respond and very helpful.

The information provided for updating is a bit confusing. As I am not a techno wizard when the updates come I am never sure if they are to be forwarded on to all eScribe users or just ipad users.

Ease to create agendas and the task management allows us to keep track of outstanding issues from every meeting. We are looking forward to seeing the product in HTML.

The inability to track resolutions (I am not sure how others manage their resolutions to ensure completion or to see what resolutions are still "on the books").

Their customer service is outstanding and the product continues to develop and improve.

Difficult and inconsistent path to finding agenda for meetings from month to month. Reduces transparency of College functions—seems designed to do that.

Transparency, organizational qualities and paperless are the greatest benefits. By largely cutting back on copy paper, this District saved more than the annual price for the software.

Sometimes the interface is a little difficult to navigate.

Love BoardDocs and the ease of use. Has great features and the customer support is outstanding.

BoardDocs - Because it's time to stop moving soo much paper.

Overall, I have been very happy to be a subscriber of this software. It has added to our organization an excellent level of security, organization and transparency.

The feature I like the least about this software is the choice of fonts and the inability to change the size of the bulleted lists.
