I love the search feature. My company pushes out a lot of great content and collateral to share with prospects and I can search a key word and everything that relates to that will generate.
Many times the email sent out are blocked by receivers email security. Often kicking email to spam.

This is more because we have so much to choose from sometimes having to sift and sort and filter down searches to get what I am looking for can be difficult.

The search feature is difficult at times and doesn't always bring up the most relevant information that I am looking for. Occasionally documents that others can access; I cannot access.
What i most like about this software is the abilities it provide to make a good text styles and the very good options it provide.
Even though this has a recovery method, the unsaved information can be lost due to unexpected shutdowns.
Actually i use this for most of my documentations. The best of quality of this is its user friendliness its easy to work and easy to learn.
For example, while writing your thesis, which is very long, you may have a lot of problems in the beaking section, preparation of the list, etc.
The application is a good word processing platform to perform our documentations and assignments, really good user friendly application.
Because of its lots of features , I wasn't able to test some for I'm afraid of where would this button would go but there's no harm in trying.
I use Smart Docs for everything. I love the simplicity it has and the ease of access.
It can be difficult to format, especially when you want to import photos. Also difficult to create columns.

Seismic was the first thing that we decided to use just because it checked all the boxes right off the bat. Seismic basically was able to cover everything that we needed. There's not just my position within the realm of where I work. So, it was able to capture everyone's position, the information that they were going to need for each position, and organize it accordingly. So yeah, that's one of the main reasons why. Actually getting onboarded and logged in, it was pretty easy. Understanding how to completely utilize Seismic, to be honest, I'm still learning how to do it. I can get caught down the rabbit hole. There's just a lot that I can click on that the company has uploaded. But other than that, I think just searching for specific things, being able to search for something has really helped me get the ins and outs of how to use it. One of the biggest recommendations that I have is just start using it. For me, it was overwhelming at first, but I was just a new hire. Being able to search and actually get my hands into Seismic, seeing the ins and outs and how easy it is to actually start finding the things that I need, organizing the things that I have, utilizing the resources that other people have posted in there, live sending things; to be honest, it's one of the best experiences I've had, especially as the new hire whenever I was hired onto the company.
Kristin C.: Hi, my name is Kristin. I'm a senior financial analyst in the healthcare industry, and I rate SmartDocs for Microsoft Word a five out of five. Previously, we were using Microsoft 2016 and it just wasn't keeping up-to-date with the industry and everything else that we needed and all the options that it brought forward to switch. We choose SmartDocs for the ability to use it company-wide, that we can have it with a whole bunch of different people being able to log in from cloud and just being able to contribute to the same document. It was game changing for us. It was amazing. Onboarding and integrating this into our system, it was really simple. Our biggest challenge was just that our users didn't want to change, but then literally the next day they were like, "Why didn't we do this sooner?" So it was great. If you are considering SmartDocs, I would definitely say go for it. There's nothing to consider. It is absolutely amazing. Everyone can contribute, especially with how things are currently. You don't have to be in the same office and it is just amazing.
