Casidy B
District Manager
4.0

Casidy B.: Hi, this is Casidy. I'm a senior district manager. For Seismic, I give them four stars, and for more reviews like this, click below. Seismic was the first thing that we decided to use just because it checked all the boxes right off the bat. Seismic basically was able to cover everything that we needed. There's not just my position within the realm of where I work. So, it was able to capture everyone's position, the information that they were going to need for each position, and organize it accordingly. So yeah, that's one of the main reasons why. Actually getting onboarded and logged in, it was pretty easy. Understanding how to completely utilize Seismic, to be honest, I'm still learning how to do it. I can get caught down the rabbit hole. There's just a lot that I can click on that the company has uploaded. But other than that, I think just searching for specific things, being able to search for something has really helped me get the ins and outs of how to use it. One of the biggest recommendations that I have is just start using it. For me, it was overwhelming at first, but I was just a new hire. Being able to search and actually get my hands into Seismic, seeing the ins and outs and how easy it is to actually start finding the things that I need, organizing the things that I have, utilizing the resources that other people have posted in there, live sending things; to be honest, it's one of the best experiences I've had, especially as the new hire whenever I was hired onto the company.

Rod T
President
5.0

Rod: Hi, I'm Rod. I'm a financial advisor, and I would rate Maximizer CRM a five out of five. And for more reviews like this, click below. Before I used Maximizer, I was using Salesforce. And although it's a good program, the problem is is that it's really complicated, and the learning curve and the curve to get all your stuff in there is really, really time consuming, whereas Maximizer, you can get up and running really quickly. I chose Maximizer, because I was somewhat familiar with the program. I had a couple of friends who were using it, and they really raved about how it worked, and so I decided to give it a try. And the more I used it, the more I found it was really intuitive for what I did. Being in financial services, people have several different products. They might have life insurance and investments. And one of the cool things that Maximizer does is it helps you group things together, sort of in families, so you can tell who has what, where, a lot easier than you can in a lot of other programs. And it just makes it a lot more seamless to do that. The other thing I really like is that it's easy to keep in contact with clients. The built-in email features and texting features makes it just so easy to keep in contact with people. It's great. Getting started with Maximizer was actually a little bit easier than I thought. Coming from using Salesforce, which is a pretty complicated program, I found Maximizer fairly easy to ramp up with, and get into right away. Inputting information, you can, of course, download from other programs, which made it a whole lot simpler. And even if you're putting in leads one at a time, it was really, really nice and easy to use, so I liked that feature a lot. The other thing I liked was the connectivity. It connects up with everything else you're doing, your email, and any other third party programs you might want to use that maybe work in the investment industry, which I use. They connect really, really well, and they seem to talk to each other well. So it's kind of like having your own virtual assistant without actually having to hire someone else. If you're looking for a sales solution, a CRM solution that really helps you connect things together, and you've got a business where it's important that you stay connected with clients on a regular basis, and when you're talking to them, you know what they've got with you already so that you can speak intelligently and build a relationship, I'd highly recommend Maximizer. For me, it's the only way to go.
