Litify is the #1 solution for larger law firms and in-house teams (10+ employees) with high-volume casework and a high-performance mindset.
Tens of thousands of solo practitioners, small, medium, and enterprise-sized firms worldwide who prefer an intuitive, user-friendly platform that doesn’t require hours of training webinars to start.
The program is very user friendly and self explanatory, it would be very easy to learn on your own but you have the support of the company to help you through every step of the way.
The fact that they tied themselves to Salesforce caused many headaches that involved an unacceptable answer of "Sorry we cannot do anything about it, because of Salesforce.
The Docrio features are outstanding and improve our Case Managers UX.
Litify forces you to pay for its document management system called Docrio. This program has a lot of issues, very slow and causes systems to crash requiring a restart.
The robust dashboards are amazing at saving you time when running a busy law practice. I can get a snapshot of everything I need to know across the entire firm in an easy-to-digest form.
We integrated litify with our Salesforce and it has ruined Salesforce.
The amount of tasks and processes we were able to automate because of the platform has saved our team a great amount of time and money.
Many times, we would have to open tab after tab to get an answer. There were errors that would consistently (multiple times a week) happen that would DELETE information.
What I love most about Practice Panther is how user friendly and ergonomic it is. Every feature was very clearly well thought out and allows for an easy user experience.
Wasted hours trying to make it integrated with QuickBooks, only to have PP blame Quickbooks for PP inability to integrate. I spent at least 12 hours and gave up the integration.
Fantastic value for money compared with UK offering, great and friendly technical support.
Very time consuming and not realistic if you have more than 1 client utilizing ledes billing. Also, their reporting is horrific as you cannot create your own customized report.
Once I used the app, I realized more fully how solid a value it is. Overall, I'm just very pleased with the app and have recommended it to other firms.
Nothing really that I can think of that I "dislike" about this software.
I love the secure client portal, as I often exchange sensitive documents with the client. I love the client notes feature and the calendaring.
Switching from our old software to Panther was very difficult. Panther was not able to migrate over our documents from the old software, but rather we did a data dump to an external searchable file.
Steve: My name is Steve. I'm the owner of Lawyer Up Legal Services, and I rate PracticePanther a four out of five. Prior to practice Panther, I was using Clio. My problems with Clio is that it didn't have all of the integrations and solutions that I needed in one place, and it was a little bit too confusing to use. It wasn't as user-friendly. What made me use PracticePanther is number one, it was cheaper. And number two, it had a lot of the functionalities that I need to use for my firm. Bringing PracticePanther into my business initially came with some challenges in terms of transferring all my files from Clio to PracticePanther. So that part was a bit cumbersome. But once I got it integrated into my business and got all of my files and cases over, it was a pretty straightforward process. Advice that I would give for anyone getting PracticePanther is to make sure that they have a pretty seamless system for transferring their files from whatever CRM that they were using to PracticePanther. If you're using it for the first time, it's pretty simple and straightforward. The other thing I would say is to bear with the customer service. That's really the only knock that I have on PracticePanther is that they need to really improve in that department. But everything else, it's pretty easy to use.
