sfG MentorNet vs MentorCity: Which is a better fit?

Outstanding customer support, always very supportive and prompt. We were able to customise our platform to suit our needs.

We do on occasion have problems with mentors using the software but we believe this is more a problem with the individual rather than the software.

The software is easy to use and the support we have received from the MentorNet team has been superb.

We have struggled with loading the user management page as well as some users reporting that they have not received login details if they request a link to reset their password.

Excellent support offered by SFG Software who are a pleasure to work with. Instant reporting - so easy to generate figures including data we've not collected before.

The registration process slightly clunky but is being updated at the next release. The Skills & Expertise section can be confusing - again I understand that this is being addressed.

As a mentoring charity this is extremely helpful in demonstrating best practice that we believes assists us in securing grant funding.

There is some difficulty with naming of fields to make the system adapable for managing both coaching and mentoring schemes, however these have been minimal.

One of the world's best comprehensive and it is very easy to use even cost effective. Really I suggest to use this website for better future.

I miss my administrator rights - even though I didn't use them very often.

It is really great that you can connect with mentors and through their experience you can find the solution and then be able to find those solution by yourself as you gain so much from this.

Inevitably as a off the shelf product there is customisation we would want but sadly Mentorcity can't provide. However they have been very accomodating to such requests thus far.

I like the accessibility of the platform. The ability of back and forth between our mentors and mentees within the units really provided a good structure on which to build a relationship.

I have contacted several people to be mentor me to achieve a several hours of experience that is good in Canada. But, unfortunately, a lot of people ignored my massages and no one send back anything.

I enjoyed learning about using the platform and endorse the mentoring practices that are supported by Mentor City. The technical service is prompt, courteous, creative and comprehensive.
