I found the software very user friendly and the program set up is really great. Also your software support was really great.
What I don't like is that my clients have trouble connecting, I have to copy and paste the link and email it to them every time. I also am disappointed that you cannot do group classes.
The quality of the images are awesome. Easy to share your program to your customers.

Trainerize is a bit costly for what you get when you can get 10 - 15 clients for what it cost in the Trainerize basic package.

I chose Trainerize because not only was it recommended by a friend, but I also liked the simplicity of the platform, as well as the way that you can grow your clients and scale it based on how much you're paying for the month, how many clients you have, and those sorts of things. Getting started with Trainerize was really easy. They have a lot of videos that explain exactly what you need to do to get set up and get your clients ready to go. Along with that, they have really easy to access members that help you set things up, and if you have any questions they're quick to answer. When considering using Trainerize, the biggest thing is just to think about what is most important to you. If you're looking for the ease of access to clients, if you're looking for a big exercise library that you can use to help your clients, if you're looking for nutrition, different things like that, all play a part in picking which software you would like to use. So in picking Trainerize, if you're looking for a big exercise base, if you're looking for quick access to team members that can help answer questions and really a simple platform for you and their clients to use, then Trainerize is a great pick.
