PowToon vs Biteable: Which is a better fit?

Speaker 1: Hi, my name is Rebecca. I'm a graphic designer working for a nonprofit library, and I give PowToons five out of five. The other products that we were considering when we chose PowToon and made this decision, we were looking into iMovie, we were looking into Adobe products, and PowToon seemed easier, more user-friendly, and it overall was more cost-effective for our organization. With choosing PowToon, it was more user-friendly for beginners within our organization. We found that it was easier with the templates, with the different content, different applications that you can use within PowToon for our staff members, whether they were beginners or whether they had more video experience or more editing experience. So overall, PowToon was our choice. During the onboarding beginning stages of using PowToon, we first started it with a small group of our staff members and got them trained, and then they were able to work with other staff members who would use PowToon more widely. And overall, it was very easy to get started with PowToon, with the staff members on PowToons on their side, and they were able to answer any technical questions we had or any, either tiny questions that we had, and we were able to also find answers to questions on their website very easily. I would recommend to other organizations who are looking at PowToons, that if they're looking for something that's very user-friendly, straightforward, easy to use from just editing and exporting and sharing, PowToon is probably the right choice for you. There are so many capabilities within PowToon, that I feel that it could be beneficial for any organization.

So actually before Biteable, I didn't have anything, but I was researching several different things like promo and was trying to use iMovie, but we didn't have clips of our own. And really at the end of the day, Biteable was the most user-friendly and the price point was the best. So Biteable is what I ended up going with and still love the most. I really chose Biteable because the platform is super user-friendly. It's click and drag. It's easy to search the kinds of clips that you need, the kinds of templates that you need for the kinds of videos that you need to create. Whether you're looking to do something that's informational or educational. In our business, we both need to do some marketing things, but we also have some coursework that we have clients do. And so being able to build videos that are short but also build into the curriculum that we have them work through. We're really able to do all of that using the templates, and the more you use the software, obviously the more you can do with it. So getting started with Biteable took, it took a little bit of time, just like anything does. Right? You've got to get in there and learn how it works. But really for the most part, Biteable was very intuitive. And once you got the hang of it, it was easy to use and really, it wasn't hard to become an expert at using it. There are some features that you can, the more tech savvy you are. I began to realize I could upload. I could get a free subscription to some royalty free music and add my own music to my library, and I could upload that and use music as my background, or there are other features that I got more comfortable using, but getting started was really easy because I'm not really that tech savvy. I think try it out, for sure. And compare it because these days people want video content. We all go to video first. If we don't know how to do something, we don't want to read about it. We want to go to YouTube and just watch somebody doing it or see a video doing it. So to me, Biteable is a really easy way to get started creating some video content for whatever you're trying to communicate. So to me, it's the easiest, most accessible, affordable way to create your own video content for your end user.
