Overall good but something more simpified would be great. It served the purpose to track reciepts but we ended up switching.

Pros

Pricing was compedative and you were able to use a lot of functions but there was a learning curve if youve never used it before.

Cons

There were so man options and pages it was hard to navigate. I think they could work on somthign more user friendly.

Pros

The pricing is right and it works very well. I really appreciate how easy it is to set up quotes and invoices.

Cons

I've like more integrations with other payment systems (e.g. Wise). Currently it only integrates with Stripe which is a bit limiting.

Overall Zoho invoice works perfectly with Zoho CRM which our company also uses. We have tried other programs that can take client's payments that work with our payment system, but still use zoho invoice so the client's can understand their invoice.

Pros

Zoho invoice has been my company's invoice system for over 10 years. It is inexpensive, user friendly and our clients find it the best option we have sampled for being detailed

Cons

The major con currently with zoho invoice is that we have been unable to integrate a payment system and so we are having to use another program just for that purpose. The other system also has an itinerary built into it as well. We have CRM and Invoice integrated but it does not always sync up quickly.

Pros

Zoho invoice is free of charge and it's easy to use the pre made template to create invoce and receipts. Easy add on fields and it allows to state the payment method used.

Cons

It's not complicated like other similar tools and it requires no training to use. It's intuitive and no comments.

Apart from the this that I dislike from Zoho Invoice, there is not much I can disagree with the program. It really works with several users at the same time, it updates very quickly and managed communication with the clients.

Pros

I like Zoho because it helps us in the invoicing of our small firm, we can make recurring invoices, charge to clients, and they can make payments through the invoice or portal.

Cons

What I don’t like so much about Zoho is that it can be very difficult to have a perfect accounting of invoices and revenues. As we divide revenues in three categories, but have almost 60 items. I made this a little easier by making a custom field that says Category and have a help text with the available options. But its still a job to reconciliate monthly. Some invoices that are made from timing instead from an item, are not revealed in this view. Also, invoices made to reimburse expenses made, appears as revenue in the sales report.

Overall I like Zoho invoice because both my partner and I can use it on the mobile app so we can take orders and send the invoice to the customer in real time. Not missing any oportunities.

Pros

What I like most about Zoho invoices is the ability to create custom invoices and send them to my customers.

Cons

I am still in the learning phase but so far it is user friendly and some functions I don't understand how to use yet.

I really recommend using Zoho invoice if you are looking for an urgent way to invoice clients. It is very easy to customize and use.

Pros

It was an essential tool to access to invoice clients as a small business. It help our payment collection be more streamlined within our team.

Cons

I did not encounter much issues as I was using it very direct. however, once I tried to analyze and use the reporting I did encounter a few hiccups.

I liked how you can design your own invoice and have lots of template options. Also free trial is nice

Cons

You can't retrieve your files once you no longer have a subscription. You need to make sure its saved elsewhere
