Customer support is very prompt and no matter how long it takes for them to resolve your issue they will be there until it's resolved, they are very patient and remain polite the entire time.
Support drags feet with "we will let the back-end developers know about this" Errors in software will not be fixed unless it is on their agenda to be worked on. We have waited over 6 months on issues.
The dashboard with projected attendance and sign-in is very helpful. Great customer service that is there all the time and helps quickly resolve issues.
They fact they refuse to refund my small company after they failed to meet the contractual agreement.
Overall, it's a great software and Carecenta people were very helpful to ensure that we have a smooth experience, which is so important when you provide services.
We found numerous programing problems with the software.
Many hours of manual management were saved and redirected to growing our business. Our Carecenta WOW moment was in the first month of use.
It was also not aesthetically pleasing for something we have to work on all day. It was a lot of gray and tan boxes.

Some of the analylitics can be difficult to use and when you work from two homes there is too many paswords.
We have had good feedback about the mobile app and the help chat too. The ability to request features and see the roadmap as it progresses is useful and gives a platform to shape the product.
We have to create our own forms instead, and it's been difficult to find the time and the form builder is not intuitive. Looking forward to all the bugs being worked out of the billing system.
