Our clients run the gamut from Fortune 50 companies to small and medium sized businesses, remote enterprise branch offices, managed service providers and education/public sector clients.
Small, medium as well as large organizations that require constant and comprehensive monitoring of their applications & servers(App servers, DB servers, Cloud apps, VMs, Middleware components, etc.).
Virtual load balancer with great set of features, supports many protocols, stable, intuitive, not too complicated to setup and maintain, competitive price.
This was quite a shock to us since we had not received any sort of warning that their maintenance prices were going to be increased, and they had no flexibility on this price change.
With the help of their support staff (all amazing), we were able to setup and configure and very powerful HA/DR solution.
Sometimes its hard to trace through errors, to find out why something is not working.
One of the best loadmaster in the world. Easy setup and design is pretty awesome.
The upgrade process can be very disruptive and hard to interpret multiple email alerts where it would indicate services are down, but when we check the services are up.
Easy to use templates has made the configuration very easy. I would recommend this tool and its a great load balancer.
Some missing features (access control subvs). Not all configuration segments included in backup (access control list).
The customer support is excellent, and the documentation is comprehensive, making it easy to troubleshoot issues and implement best practices for optimal performance.
The tool may not provide enough support for monitoring serverless environments.
The user-friendly interface, real-time monitoring, seamless integration, and excellent customer support have all contributed to a smoother and more reliable IT infrastructure management.
Some users have reported difficulty configuring the tool to meet their specific needs.
User friendly and we can customize this product as per our requirement. I did some customization for mongodb with the help of APM team and which is supports my requirement.
The tool may not provide enough security features for some users.
This software was initially brilliant: quick to set up, easy to use, and a good value for the money.
The tool may not provide enough support for monitoring microservices.
Charlie: Hi, my name's Charlie. I'm a Systems Administrator. I give LoadMaster a five out of five. For more videos like this, click below. We considered using an open source Linux based solution, but we ended up with LoadMaster because it was recommended as a better product for the servers that we're using it for. We ended up choosing LoadMaster, primarily, because it was recommended by the servers that we're using it for. The company is one of our critical server providers, our on-premise server providers, and they recommend it because it's rock solid, works without any issues. It's one of those products that doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles, but it doesn't need to. All it's doing is load balancing for critical servers, and it just works. LoadMaster was super easy to set up. It was a virtual appliance, it works with our VMware setup. And we installed the virtual appliance, spun it up, set the IP addresses, configured the two servers that are load balanced behind it, and we're off the races. I'd definitely recommend LoadMaster. It's been rock solid for us. It's one of those things that doesn't have to do a lot. It's doing one very specific function, and we have had zero problems with it. Once we set it up, works like a champ. Haven't had to do any support or maintenance with it, beyond working with the usual stuff like web certificates, and of course, firmware updates. And all that stuff through Kemp's support page has been super easy. It's been one of the least maintenance requiring servers that we've ever used.
