Kudos vs Crewhu: Which is a better fit?

Fantastic experience with Kudos. Customer support always helpful and quick to respond/fix issues etc.

A die hard responder for feedback, should not be penalized for taking time off from work such as a vacation.

Easy to understand at first glance. Love seeing my Kudos emails come in alert me someone appreciates my help.

S o far there has not been any thing i dislike about the product.

I like the its easy to engage and reward employees boosting their morale in work and this helps improve performance.

It has limited points to give out to other employees.

Receiving kudos from fellow teammates or you boss really boosts our confidence. We used to have thank you cards at our previous work place, Kudos platform is a easy to use online version of the same.

May be just a couple of buttons for just the user rather than navigating on drop downs etc.

I absolutely love using CrewHu to send a quick "thanks" to my coworkers when they help me out. It's such a great system and creates a really positive culture in the work environment.

Sometimes a user will not get the graphics downloaded and choose the wrong option. This sometimes leads to a bad review when the customer wanted the opposite.

This product is great because its easy to use and fast. I really like the dashboard we have to show everyone our wins and the built in teams integration makes giving a badge really quick.

We just hate to see sad face reviews, so we treat even mistakes as actionable items.

We have specific badges and awards for documentation, customer success, integrations and just generally being good at your job.

Few times I encountered where users get an error when submitting a survey or the survey has expired even if it's still less than 24 hours.

I love being able to easily recognize coworkers for their hard work or accomplishments. And its nice for the whole team to view when someone gets a "Love" or a badge.

Sometimes it gets slow or stuck when i try to give badges to the team.
