Mo vs Kudos: Which is a better fit?

For the HR & Leadership team - we've found the analytics outstanding, it really helps us to effectively manage the initiative across different areas of our business.

The Product Catalogue section could stand out more, I sometimes find it hard to find it quickly.

Its ease of use along with the support we get from Thanksbox. I really like the fact that the recognition can be linked or not to the reward system.

On top of that they act incredibly quickly when things go wrong.

The reporting is great, the live feed really helps to drive engagement and culture, the internal store closes the loop and it's super easy to manage budgets and users in it.

Some of the features can be a bit tricky to use at first with time is become simple.

Love it, this is a great platform that allows businesses to share rewards give staff feedback.

I haven't found anything I don't like at the moment.

Fantastic experience with Kudos. Customer support always helpful and quick to respond/fix issues etc.

A die hard responder for feedback, should not be penalized for taking time off from work such as a vacation.

Easy to understand at first glance. Love seeing my Kudos emails come in alert me someone appreciates my help.

S o far there has not been any thing i dislike about the product.

I like the its easy to engage and reward employees boosting their morale in work and this helps improve performance.

It has limited points to give out to other employees.

Receiving kudos from fellow teammates or you boss really boosts our confidence. We used to have thank you cards at our previous work place, Kudos platform is a easy to use online version of the same.

May be just a couple of buttons for just the user rather than navigating on drop downs etc.
