Ve been using Hoopla now for the past 6 to 12 months and absolutely love it. It has been an awesome way for me and my family to access Books from our local library.
Hate they limit how many audiobooks you can get per month. I listen to audiobooks constantly and with limit of four per month I have to go to downloading them from library or my kindle.
We have used Hoopla for a few years and have had a great experience. Their customer support is very proactive and willing to help us maximize our utilization.
Hard to individualised notifications for each rep.
Overall, implementing this app has had a HUGE boost on moral and motivating employees. Love the overall impact it has made in the department.
I don't like the way they price the software per user.
We have been using Hoopla for more than half a year and are really happy with the perfomance of the tool. Our consultants love it to see their performance and battle each other with their colleagues.
It works well for a large sales team but maybe not as well for a smaller one.
What I also loved is the team provided excellent customer support detailing me through the steps and answering all my queries. Their passion, enthusiasm and commitment is wonderful.
There's also been cases where the questions were not visible, a temporary solution was to use incognito, but even then, a few questions were lost while quizzing.

Some times, due to net issue, their is some problem.
One can get along with the platform in just the first try. The support team is really amazing, they offer any help to use the platform, the customer service is excellent.
There's a small delay in scores getting updated, but it updates after within a few seconds.
The quizhub UI was very good, the questions and options were very well placed and easy to read and respond. Loved the results after each question about what % of people answered correctly etc.
One or two times I have seen multiple choices to be the same, and eventually, end up in confusion as to which one to choose.
