The ease of use for those that aren't quite up to speed technologically was probably most impressive outside of the actual reporting. Great bang for the buck.
Similar to adobe illustrator. I have to manually go through the report and adjust each object and eyeball to see whether or not everything is properly aligned- it's a real pain.
Qualtrics has an awesome product. The presets look good, and the ability to customize is great.
Sometimes it is hard for me to recap the summary and when I copy and recreate a survey form, I find it hard to copy and edit.
Ease of use, the program is very user friendly and if you do run into an issue help is just a click away with very knowledgeable and friendly people to work with.
It is not a very good application at all. I hate how it generates reports.

Before we had Qualtrics, I needed to do a lot of different surveying and we did a lot of voting and that kind of thing, and it was all a manual process. I had to keep spreadsheets. It was a real hassle. I'm so glad we got Qualtrics. We chose Qualtrics after doing some research. It seemed very user-friendly. It was easy to integrate and basically anyone can use it. Getting started with Qualtrics was very, very simple. Our IT system set up our login and there's online tutorials. There's always online help if there's something that you need help with, but it's very easy to use and it's very intuitive. Anyone considering a survey system like Qualtrics, I would definitely recommend Qualtrics. It was easy to implement. It's very easy to use and we use it a lot.
