Oracle Marketing vs ActiveDEMAND: Which is a better fit?

I am a true Eloqua fan and encourage everyone to check out their Topliners community to see all the capabilities of this system.

Customer support is very bad, every team in the company has no idea what the other is doing, extremely disorganized and frustrating.

Changing from an old system to Oracle was done with ease and the functionality Oracle offers along with its UI and troubleshoot is great for its users. Overall i am pleased with this software.

Expensive in comparison with the competition. Lots of features but the support is bad and also the layout and UI looks dated.

The tool provides great analytics which is extremely useful for my team to determine if our campaigns were effective or if we need to make adjustments.

In the others, I have had many situations where I had a business problem that I couldn't solve in it. Not with Oracle Marketing.

What i like most is that Oracle CX Marketing helps me build strong relationships with customers. I can request a demo version before final purchase, that is great advantage in my mind.

Some customizations are hard to make after something is automatically scheduled.

We have been successful with both of those, and I have been particularly impressed with the quality and flexibility of ActiveDEMAND's support team.

Sometimes it is difficult to talk to support through chat, ie. Trying to explain the problem, process etc.

Overall I have been very pleased with the platform. The chat function is very helpful and I almost always get an immediate response and help resolving the issues that I have.

Then you pay for something but there are several things that are not told, you are requested to pay other fees that nobody told at the beginning. My feeling is I waste lot of time, effort and money.

Active Demand is some pretty great software for a lot of our clients. We consider it an important part of our analytics stack to help our customers understand and grow their business.

Additionally, there are a ton of meaningless data entries now gumming up the running history in my CRM so that it's near impossible for me to find my last meeting notes.

All of the functionality and the ability to build custom work-flows/campaigns. There are pre-built templates that have been very helpful and the support staff has been amazing.

In the actual delivery there was actually no real content or working items.
