For Recruitment Companies and Staffing Agencies
I have been a Bullhorn user for a long time (over a decade) and have always liked it, despite the occasional wrinkles, but with the S version and the ability to use any browser, I am very happy.
Bullhorn was an awful experience and one of the worst investments I have made as a business owner.
Overall I am pleased with the ease of the Bullhorn software. As a recruiter if offers a good recording & documentation system, along with multiple ways to keep candidates organized.
Was a Sendouts customer when Bullhorn bought them and eventually forced to migrate to Bullhorn platform. Have been very dissatisfied with customer service.
I liked Bullhorn database because it's super easy to use and user interface is awesome. I dont remember any dislikes about the function of this software.
We are unable to hide email templates from specific users which causes confusion between our brands.
Training modules are comprehensive and allow you to be up to speed very quickly. On the few occasions where we've needed tech support, the staff have been pleasant and helpful.
Finally had enough and am currently transitioning to a new ATS vendor and Bullhorn is really slow getting through that process. Terrible customer service.
Speed is very important for our business and Vincere.io is very fast. We're a fast-based business and we needed a solution that matched that speed - Vincere.io was the perfect solution.
As a day to day user, it's a problematic & frustrating system. The platform feels clunky, click-intensive and prone to bugs and problems.
Pretty good so far and their integration with other platforms like LinkedIn, for example, is great.
There is also a limitation to how much you can configure the on-cost.
It is a very organized system. Analytics is great - can see what is important and what needs to be focused on.
The system is quite laggy sometimes - Unsure whether this is our internet though.
In general, Vincere is a really flexible system - the database is excellent and the back end is very good and very stable.
This is the first time I've every bothered writing an online review which I think speaks volumes.
Blair: Hi. My name is Blair and I am a director of recruiting at a national search firm. I would rate Bullhorn ATS three out of five stars. And for more reviews like this, please click below. So Bullhorn is really the pulse of our organization. We use it for everything from keeping our clients organized and all of our sales activities, but mainly we use it for our ATS, or our applicant tracking system. That's where we build our resume database and keep track of all of our active and previous job orders that we're working on. The two main things that I like most about Bullhorn. The first would be that it is very easy to implement and train. It's very user friendly. So if you're growing your organization or switching over from a different platform, it's pretty easy to get your team up to speed. The other thing that I really like a lot about Bullhorn would be that it's very easy to run and generate reports. Whether that's from an activity standpoint or billing and invoicing, it's very fast, easy, and customizable to run whatever report you may need. The three main things that I dislike about Bullhorn. The first would be the price tag. It is a lot more expensive than very comparable products out there on the market. The second would be their customer service. The response time is not very prompt. And the third, which impacts us on a day to day basis, is the lack of Chrome extension to import candidate profiles from LinkedIn. Which would make things a lot easier and smoother, and that's not something that Bullhorn offers at this time.
Jamie: Hi, my name's Jamie. I'm a managing consultant for a legal alternative services head hunting company, and I give Vincere a 5 stars. In my previous company, we were using a CRM system for recruitment called Bullhorn. Very good system, but I just found Vincere better due to more of a visual journey of where our candidates and clients are going through their dashboard. We chose Vincere for a few reasons. The first one being that we needed a nice, simple system to use to be able to do our candidate and client management with. One of the biggest appeals was the visualizations. It makes it pretty clear at what stage of the process you are from both the candidate and client side. The second one or second reason that I really enjoyed to use Vincere was that it's integrations with our other third party softwares, whether that be for emailing, event planning, sometimes also from a resourcing perspective. It's been very useful to integrate it all together. And my third and final kind of highlight point is that the intelligence and AI stats that come through the system help keep the team focused and myself focused, which means that we make sure that we're doing the required amount of activity in order to achieve our goals. I'd say getting started, Vincere does take a few months to get really embedded, to be very truthful. But once you've got all of your software organized, your goals organized, gone through the training that they provide, and just get yourself accompanied with the system, then say it becomes very effective. Due to the size of the CRM system, I don't think anyone's expected to be an expert after a week, but I'd say within two or three months, once you've really got your feet into it, you really start to utilize it for all of its benefits. My one recommendation for people getting Vincere is to make sure that you utilize it to its full extent. Whilst it is very good for a GDPR and compliance tool, I'd say one of the most important things to know about it is that it can be used to take stress away from you. If you do fulfill the tasking element and the reminders that you can set through the system, it kind of helps you not have to remember every conversation you've had and will help increase your follow ups, which therefore helps increase your activity, which should hopefully lead to more placements and then more commission.
