The software is easy to use, intuitive and takes very little time out of our schedule. The ability to recognize colleagues, give out badges, makes it fun and even a little competitive (in a good way).
But it's hard and horrible to do. Sometimes it's good feedback and sometimes it's bad.

There are a few untranslated words in Spanish becuase the system is bilingual but that's a minor problem.
