Loyalty Lion are a great company to work with. They like to keep things simple, as do we, and the approach is working nicely.
The only downside is that we use ReCharge for our subscription platform and LoyaltyLion doesn't integrate too deeply with ReCharge.
The set up is easy, and integrations available are superb. Plus you can customize rewards to really influence customer behaviors to maximize customer value, either through revenue or engagement.
We're still on the learning curve but it really has been confusing with the time zone settings that are immovable.

Customer service is non-existent - you get given conflicting info by people that don't care.
I love how easy it is for clients to sign up and keep track of their own rewards. Another GREAT feature is how all of our info and social media is linked up to the card.

Once clients booked their appointments, they are unable to add or take out any items. They have to cancel the appointment completely and rebook with the changes they have made.
Loopy Loyalty is a fantastic and cost effective digital version of the traditional stamp cards.
When you change the core settings you would lose most of customer details on the UI, worst you cannot revert the settings back to its original UI.
I love that it looks very professional and is something new for our customers to get excited about. It has been an exciting and inexpensive way for us to increase sales.
And using and configuring the beacons are confusing.
