The templates / layouts seem outdated and not modern looking. I had to take a snapshot of the QR code and create my own flyer in Canva because I didn't like the options available in Open House Wizard.

I started using Open House Wizard last spring after things opened up from the covid shutdown. I loved that visitor's to the home could easily scan the barcode and enter their information. Also, because their information is immediately available to me, I can log into my CRM app and add notes about each potential buyer. In the beginning, I thought the website was a little plain. But it does everything I need it to do and more. Lastly, I have only one experience with customer service. I had a question and they responded by email within a few hours and took care of my issue very quickly. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product!

Pros

My favorite feature is that the visitor's name is immediately uploaded into my CRM. My second favorite feature is that customer service is available and responsive.

Cons

My least favorite feature is that the touch-free sign in page doesn't take over the entire computer screen. So, if I have other tabs open, it causes the screen to look very busy.

I love it. I have been surprised at how many people are not comfortable with typing the entry information. Unfamiliar with a keyboard, not comfortable with computers. Yet - they have their i-phone n their hand and are texting or facetiming during their home visit.

Pros

I love the customer interaction features. Immediate e-mail to them when they leave the home and the immediate e-mail to me that gives me their input information. Lets me get their names without looking over their shoulders as they enter. Let's me follow up easily after the Open House.

Cons

I sometimes have internet connection issues. I usually run this off my i-phone hot spot. It's not always reliable. Not a problem for Open House Wizard, just an issue that I need to solve with my i-phone. Connectivity to the internet is sometimes an issue in remote areas.

Nadine, Thanks for the great comments! One thing that you can try for areas where the wifi or internet connection is spotty is our QRCODE / Text sign-in flyer. Visitors can sign-in on their own smartphones. It still requires a visitor to have a data connection but does not need as good of a connection as running a full blown sign in page on a device such as an Ipad. - Dave

It's ok. I don't love it. It does what it is supposed to.

Pros

I like that it emails me if they have an agent or not immediately so that I don't have to ask them.

Cons

Takes forever to process. Clients have to fill out every field when it's not always necessary. Helpful if we could choose the fields.

We recommend that at least the Email field is required but you can actually set the Email and the Phone fields to 'Not Required' if you like. Very positive. The customer service and responsiveness could not have been better. They helped us through all of the kinks.

Pros

This product makes so much sense - because it's 2021 and because of covid ramifications. Attendees of open houses are pleased to see us thinking about their safety. The product is easy to use and gets us better information and results. Win win.

Cons

The website interface is a bit cluttered and difficult to look at. That said the staff who are behind the scenes manages to assist you in navigating.

If you could add specifics about that part we'd love to address anything that seems complicated. For most clients we think we offer a very easy to use open house registration service. For instance to run an Open House sign-in page you simply login, then click 'Run an Open House'. If you would like to use one of our highly effective QRCODE / TEXT Pdf Flyers, you simply add a couple property pictures and some info such as the price, then click Create Flyer and it is automatically emailed to you. Can't be easier than that! Right?
