The app version is good and maintains good functionality. The layout of the system is user friendly.
The only drawback so far has been the unreliability of the app. It sometimes crashes and a few employees within the company have reported that the receipts they uploaded on the app have been lost.
Excellent customer service, simple to use, and we have a number of approval sets ups and cost centers that are pretty complex. The team did an excellent job of assisting with the setup.
FYI - after I experienced your tool and formed my opinion, I asked around a couple of nearby users what they thought. They find the tool awful too.
Excellent - highly recommend for frequent users. Very efficient process, excellent interfaces and integration with other tools like outlook and organisational finance team.
Need to flick around screens too much. Attachment steps are awful, clunky, unnecessarily complex.
Brilliant reporting software, very friendly and helpful staff, allows us as a company to run successful reports from the system to help us with month end tasks, budgeting tasks, forecasting tasks etc.
I think the main view of the individual claims is a little confusing as lots of information all at once on one screen.
Implementation - fantastic hand holding every step of the way. Help desk support – always prompt and super helpful.
Sometimes it is difficult move update vehicle details.
I like the ease at which I can do my expense claims and I like how user friendly the package is. If you need assistance there is support available and nothing is too much trouble.
But with MEO the onus is on the employee and their manager to make sure the claims are correct and in on time, they cn no longer blame the postman for claims not reaching us.
Easy is storing receipts and creating a claim receipt stash is unique and very easy to store and create claims. Clearly see what you claim is up to and the reporting tools are great.
Sometimes it freezes when you try and submit your expenses but will eventually sort itself out. I have lost my entries once or twice but other than that it has been fine.
We are very happy with the system and have been able to roll it out across all of our staff now and wish we had done it earlier.
Not much really, I find it quite hard to fault.
