Action Card vs Flowfinity: Which is a better fit?

Action Card is responsive to ideas, cares about our business and pro active to continually keeping up with best practices and updates.

The new version is more confusing on the desktop.

User friendly, mobile, quick, helps with accountability, easy to adjust and it continues to improve.

The main page is confusing for how things are grouped together in each section.

I like that it is a collaborative site where you can have seamless interaction.

The full site is hard to navigate with large amounts of spacing when editing reviews. The trash button is unclear when you want to eliminate questions and I have eliminated whole categories instead.

The new updates and format is great. Much better with pictures and refresh and the format looks alot better.

Though we are not a big client (less than 20 licenses) we were treated with respect, as important, and received amazing round the clock responses to both strategic and technical questions.

Sometimes this can be painful as the application can't be modified for weeks.

Easy to use and super fast to make changes, so you can always improve your solution and keep updating it based on user feedback. Can build all the BPM apps you need without any coding.

The main downside to Flowfinity is its learning curve.

Flowfinity solved our numerous field service challenges with ease and great service.

Cumbersome data arrays produced from the forms, which makes it unnecessarily difficult to query the database.

No individual component is particularly confusing, but there are many different workflows and processes involved if you want to be able to get the most out of the platform.
