Backlog vs Kanbanchi: Which is a better fit?

User friendly UI and good functionality. I am happy with this product for project management.

I find it frustrating to changing Status only after creating the task.

Backlog helps us track progress from granular updates to larger-scale program reworking. The ability to integrate with Slack is also super helpful.

I miss adding more pictures to describe a bug, and possibly tagging and editing the placed images.

The free version is great, and the paid functionality seems awesome.

I have trouble verifying who committed the code when viewed on the git tool of the Backlog.

Features of the system are great and what you would see in more expensive alternatives. Pricing per company is excellent compared to per seat as well.

When i review pull request on Backlog, i can't see the number of deleted line, added line and total changed line. Github has this feature.

A good quality product for a reasonable price. Support staff have been friendly and helpful when needed.

No mobile app yet (web browser experience on mobile is terrible). No global search (only within a dashboard).

I use it with my middle school students to help them mange their team projects. It is easy and fun for them to use and has everything they need.

Unfortunately, lack of an API means automation and/or further integrations aren't possible.

The board is a great way to get a good overall visual impression of the projects in progress.

With only 10 cards to trial + bugs of integration with trello difficult to test even more change.

At the end of the week, it is easy to download a spreadsheet/report of all the done or outstanding cards left.

You would eventually need to pay for the software. It also only works in a google cloud environment which means that your team or organisation must be using google suite first.
