We think Central Reach is a great program but our Customer Success team member, is what makes this program outstanding.
I have to cut off providers who are leaving on a certain day and may miss out on a week of services because I'm being charged for an entire month subscription only being used for a day or two.
They are patient and responsive and ease the frustration of the learning curve to get this up and running. It's a quality product and has been very reliable.

Kathy: Hi, my name is Kathy. And I'm the office administrator for a behavioral health company, and I give CentralReach of five. We researched a few different companies early on and actually considered AccuPoint and Catalyst, were the only two I can actually remember the name. We didn't go with them because they weren't comprehensive companies, you had to use one with the other. I believe they were emerging at the time and it just was too new, too risky to try to learn along with them evolving. So we actually didn't even try them. I just did the research and walked away when we found a better option. We chose CentralReach because it wasn't known name, it was one that kept coming up in conversations. And so they have been around a while to have a reputation and that reputation was good. So that encouraged us to pursue and learn more about them. I liked the fact that CentralReach was created by BCBAs, meaning they understand what is needed to work in the ABA world, and they created a system based on personal knowledge not just on industry teaching. We liked the comprehensive aspect of CentralReach and includes all of the things you need to run a business. We're new, starting out, and small, and so we needed something that covered all the bases. I didn't want to have 15 different things to put together, and so to go to one stop shop with CentralReach was really a plus. Onboarding CentralReach into our company was time-consuming. But we were a new company and so we had the time to learn. I had several providers that had worked with CentralReach, which was a big plus. But CentralReach does offer the training for employees. So anybody new coming in, it's easy to sit them in front of a training session and they are familiar with things as they're talked through with the training modules within CentralReach. Things I would recommend when considering CentralReach would be to do your research. Investing in a data collection system is a big deal, and you don't want to try and fail and try and fail, you want to pick the right system that works for your company right from the get-go, stick with it, and grow with it. CentralReach is amazing in the fact that they are evolving and growing and so their system gets better and better. Their customer service is wonderful, if you get stuck, you give them a call or you shoot them an email and the responses are quick, accurate, and easy to understand. I just would highly recommend finding somebody that you have a great working relationship with as well as handles all the aspects that you need in your business. If you want one stop shop, I would recommend CentralReach for their billing and their data collection and their automated graphing and the payroll. And just everything is all inclusive and available to use.
