Before ReviewTrackers, we had a lot of in-house development for reviews and tracking the reviews, and it was very time consuming to develop it and keep it consistent with Google Reviews and other reviews and just have one source for all of our reviews. We chose ReviewTrackers because, before it took us so much time and effort, and ReviewTrackers just integrated with all of our systems, all of the different things that we were using, and looking at metrics for. For ReviewTrackers, it was pretty easy to get set up. There was some online documentation and we actually talked to a customer service rep who helped guide us through a lot of the integration. Even my boss was able to do a lot of the work himself and we were able to migrate everything else, and there was some good FAQs online that we could actually find. We talked to a rep anytime that we really needed any kind of help. For anyone that's starting ReviewTrackers, please feel free to reach out to anyone else. The community is great. The reps are great. There's some really good, valuable resources for that. That was something that I would recommend, not to hesitate with any of that stuff. And do it sooner than later, because it really saved us a lot of time and effort just making that switch for everything.
