I was very sad to see that you can only inventory 50 items before paying although you do get every feature you need without paying.
I really like how easy it was to input all our assets in there, and how simple is it to check them in and out to our staff. Being able to check the timeline of the assets is also a great feature.
The repairs function certainly needs some work - attempting to schedule regular repairs is a pain at the moment.

Cheqroom has proven itself worth the cost with an intuitive, customizable solution that we now use daily. Aside from a few features we'd like added, we are very satisfied with the program.
It tends to be a little buggy and just randomly closes. Also, it tends to get irritating that the time on the due date always has to be reset.
Ability to track the equipment and then go back and look at records is a nice feature. Being able to put all of our equipment in and access it easily is also nice.
Also, there is no way to limit the reservation length currently, and this is also problematic.
I love the ability to scan custom barcodes, I love the flagging feature, and I like the scheduling of reservations.
However, sometimes these features are updated suddenly, which can change how we use the software in the middle of a busy week, making it hard to adapt quickly.
I like that we finally have our equipment in a digital web based system that can be accessed from anywhere. It looks great and our organization is satisfied with it.
I've contacted Cheqroom previously about the problem, that you can not see the SN entry in the app (because the keyboard covers it).
