The onboarding process with their customer success team is fantastic. Multiple meetings to check in how I was doing and what challenges I was having.
SO if you charge your client the wrong amount by mistake, or need to un-do an amount after they have canceled service, you can't push a button anywhere in this software to give your client a refund.
Having tried and tested 4 proposal software I'm really glad I found Practice Ignition. The ease of use, final product and ability to combo proposals and contracts onto one platform has been great.
Sometimes I get lost clicking on things, but it's so minor it doesn't matter. This review requires more words before it submits, but I don't have any - hence this wasteful third sentence.
Once you get used to using the product, it is nice to have for proposal management and has an effective dashboard and ease of use to follow up with customers.
No real cons, the product does everything advertised. They can always add more functionality, which they continue to do.

It is exciting having something that speeds up or enhances your success story.
Sometimes it lags or hangs in the middle of doing something.
The product allwas you to organise all your important information, makes everything look tidy and in order to use.
Very difficult to integrate, the support basically just sends you to a ton of videos, and if you request anything they fight and penny-pinch you every step of the way.
Heck, even Google Sheets is better at this point.
It has a bit to much features, that can distract you and could make you lose important files.

I was considering Go Proposal, and at the time I did not go with that product because it wasn't the full package. There was still some things missing compared to Practice Ignition. It was an all in one system or a product that I could use, and that made things so simple. And also the fact that it integrates with other existing software just cuts out the work, I guess, the double handling of tasks and just made things so much easier. First getting started with Practice Ignition, there was quite a bit of a learning curve, particularly with just setting up templates and things. However, the support that they provided, there was a lot of hand holding and just made things a lot easier with the resources that they had provided. Practice Ignition is really perfect for the sole practitioner that's time poor. The fact that it handles your direct debit payments from your clients, creating proposals and sending them off to your clients and having them sign them, linking that with your CRM, it's an all in one package that really simplifies things and makes things so much easier and gives you less to worry about and less to think about while everything is running in the background. You are able to focus on the work and the more important things in running your business.
