The software is easy to use and their customer service is phenomenal. Shippo is great about reaching out to new users and ensuring that they get up and running with ease.
If you make an error on the item (i.e., wrong weight, wrong apt. no.), you cannot correct; you have to leave it there unpaid, and start over from the beginning.
Customer service reps are outstanding - great at resolving the odd issue that has come up.
We have to email periodically to request refunds on denied labels. These particular labels are only denied because of the first scan on them which comes from the manifest scan.
I am confident that I always am able to easily select the most cost effective shipping option for my product and destination. Shippo's customer service is also outstanding.
The only negative I can say is that occasionally the auto fill on the address will pull something that is incorrect. Ve had one package be shipped to the wrong address because of this.
Shippo has been key to helping me manage our online business. It's easy, super affordable and customizable.
It was frustrating to have no record of my package, since the post office never properly checked it in, and shippo couldn't help. It did eventually get there, but that was annoying.
Integration with UPS and Fedex works well. And the ability to important mass quantities of drop shipments and have them show up in pace is great.
When doing bulk shipments the import will fail and you will get a completely unhelpful generic error so it is hard to troubleshoot what the error is. International shipments generally don't work.
I like that if I choose I can enter any given address one time and the system will save it. Then if I ship there again, I do not have to type it all out again.
Inability to prevent a shipment from shipping when an order does not have a Job Number. Also inability to move shipments from one job to another if a wrong job number is supplied.
I love that fact that it will email when a shipment is processed. I can choose myself, if I just want to know when something is headed to a vendor or something.
After numerous webexes, delays and lack of results, my team dug into it and discovered that there is problem with the a multiplier in the ProcessShipper code.
It is great how easy it is to UPS or FedEx a package within PrintSmith.
There is always an error, so we've stopped using Process Shipper for Canadian shipments. We reached out to Process Shipper support over a year ago to try to trouble shoot it.
Tiffany M.: Hi, my name is Tiffany. I'm founder and formulator. I give Shippo five out of five, and for more reviews like this, click below. Previous to Shippo, I used PayPal Shipping and found that there were deficits in that program or a little bit more difficult in the regards that if you had to add shipping information for a different type of customer that you had gotten, you had to add all that information in a separate regard to the ones that carried over from the orders that came in. Shippo was much easier in that regard where all the information was together and not necessarily separate so it was much easier to access. Shippo was a seamless transfer with GoDaddy website, eCommerce website, and the information was very easy to access. All of the information transferred seamlessly from GoDaddy, and you could just click and ship. You could change the measurements on boxes, and weights, and things like that if you wanted to, but otherwise, it just transferred with the weights that you entered, and it found it very easy. Also, I found it very easy to pull up information for accounting purposes and things like that. It was really a seamless process. Shippo was seamless as far as just automatically associating with the GoDaddy eCommerce program. The free program, I felt to be sufficient. If you wanted to upgrade, you could but you didn't necessarily need to per se unless you needed more information. But for a small business, I felt the free program was very sufficient for what I needed and all the information was easy to access. Customer service is very easy to get ahold of, and I'm very pleased. I think Shippo is a great choice for a small business. The choices in programming that you have go from free, which is perfectly suitable to some additional choices for a small cost. The information is easy to access, and I think it's a great choice for a small business. Very happy.
