Small Businesses, Subscription Boxes and Online Sellers that are sick of overpaying for postage!
Commercial printers, publishers, in-plant print centers, franchise network printers, packaging printers and converters.
The interface is clean and tidy, and the pirate aesthetic is wonderful. I would highly recommend this to any small business owner.
I made a mistake an mailed an package to myself my accident. I was working too fast late at night and never caught the mistake.
I love how easy it is to use pirate ship. I love that they save my package information because I ship the same thing frequently and I don’t have to type everything in.
You had me at “Arrrrr you ready to not deal with PayPal’s bullshit anymore.
The staff are great to work with. Finally an app that does what it’s supposed to, saves money, and is fun.
I have yet to find anything I don’t like about this service. I have to admit that I was skeptical at first, but it took only five minutes to make me a believer.
I love how it auto fills (most) information and remembers what you've entered before. Pricing is a bit better overall than other places, but it's the ease of use that really makes it a winner.
I am really trying to rack my brain on the negatives of this website. The only negative I can think of is it I did not find out about it sooner.
Integration with UPS and Fedex works well. And the ability to important mass quantities of drop shipments and have them show up in pace is great.
When doing bulk shipments the import will fail and you will get a completely unhelpful generic error so it is hard to troubleshoot what the error is. International shipments generally don't work.
I like that if I choose I can enter any given address one time and the system will save it. Then if I ship there again, I do not have to type it all out again.
Inability to prevent a shipment from shipping when an order does not have a Job Number. Also inability to move shipments from one job to another if a wrong job number is supplied.
I love that fact that it will email when a shipment is processed. I can choose myself, if I just want to know when something is headed to a vendor or something.
After numerous webexes, delays and lack of results, my team dug into it and discovered that there is problem with the a multiplier in the ProcessShipper code.
It is great how easy it is to UPS or FedEx a package within PrintSmith.
There is always an error, so we've stopped using Process Shipper for Canadian shipments. We reached out to Process Shipper support over a year ago to try to trouble shoot it.
Meghann H.: My name is Meghann. I am the CEO of Hancock Enterprises Athens, Georgia, LLC, and I would give Pirate Ship a five. Before Pirate Ship, I was just going either to the post office, or the UPS store, the FedEx store, and at that time in my business, I wasn't an LLC yet, but I was working full time, and I didn't have time to get to those places as often as I would like. Pirate Ship was introduced to me by some other business owner friends in a similar situation, and I took a look at what they offered, and I was really impressed by what I saw, and not having to make extra trips to the different shipping places. So Pirate Ship is kind of, the best way I can put, is kindergarten simple. You type in all your business information, you type in where your package is going to your customer, and, boom, it gives you a list of different options, and you choose the one for you, you print out your label, and you get it on your porch or in your mailbox, and, boom, done. If you are considering Pirate Ship at all, just do it. It is the best thing I have ever found. Like I said before, it's quick and easy, and just do it.
