Swell is built for healthcare and dental providers with anywhere from 1 to 1000+ locations. Other users are businesses with a physical presence that offer a reviewable service, including home services
It allows a company to communicate and survey their customers in the best way possible. The software is capable of sending surveys, questioners, thank you cards, welcome e-mails and so much more.
Some settings are automatic to the point that it is frustrating.
I greatly appreciate all of the help that she has offered me, and I am excited to continue working with Rocket Referrals.
I found the interface to be a little messy but that's a minimal complaint.
Above all, they have an excellent team that is always willing to help onboard and train new users (speaking from personal experience!). I'd recommend it to other businesses and organizations.
I haven't found anything about the software I don't like.
For us, the most important feature of the software is finding out how our clients view us and the job we're doing for them. It's great to know who's happy, and more importantly who's not.
I cannot think of anything that I dont like about this product.
The implementation process was so easy it took about 15 minutes and they were so mindful and respectful of my time. Great company, great service, great people.
Then reviews started getting fewer and fewer. THis month is our worst month yet.
I love the ease of use in adding contacts, communicating with them, and easily managing responses. I also love the quick send option where i can send specific info to just a few folks as needed.
Everytime patient comes in he/she gets a reminder to review. Im sure those that dont wont to review may find it annoying.
Ease of use an implementation. All we have to do is provide great care and Swell takes it from there.
When my CC was changed I wasn't notified it was no longer working.
We've used a couple of different review platforms for our clients and this one has by far pulled in the greatest results. One of our dentists now has over 300 5 star reviews and he's thrilled.
I think it asks people too many times to leave a review if they don't respond to the first message.
Jason: Hi, I'm Jason, the founder of KilGO Insurance, here in Virginia. ClientCircle's been a great asset to us and I would rate them a 5 out of 5. ClientCircle has a variety of benefits. I think the best benefit we use it for is it helps us know who our raving fans are. It's got a great net promoter feature that we look at every single day and try to make sure we're wowing our clients and then the ones that maybe we just didn't pay enough attention to, gives us the opportunity to reach out to them and show some love and get that turned around and make sure we're giving them the excellent customer service they deserve. So, ClientCircle has a new feature now, Client Journeys, which I absolutely love, and what it does is it sets some automation in place for you to help that client go through, whether it be an onboarding process or a win-back process, a prospect process. It just gives them multiple journeys to help your members, help your clients walk through things that they won't normally get from any other service. I really do love ClientCircle. They have so many benefits to what the company is doing. One of the things I wish they would work on though a little bit is their AI technology and being a little bit more intuitive to customer of what the client needs. So if a member is going through a customer journey and they're not happy with this or they love this, it can take them on different guides, different experiences to make sure that they're getting all the service that they're requesting. And so I just... the intuitive part about it and making sure things flow a little bit more geared, more personal touch to the client. I know that's probably coming down the trail here, so I'm looking forward to seeing what ClientCircle's got in the future.
Chrisane: My name is Chrisane. I'm the Marketing Director and I work in Consumer Services. I give Swell a four on a one through five rating. A couple other programs that I looked at when choosing a review platform was SoTellUs and Bird's Eye. they're very different programs. Bird's Eye is a little bit more of a higher-end program and SoTellUs is a little bit on the opposite end in terms of price point and also what the program entails and the robustness of it. The SoTellUs, one thing I didn't like about them really was just their overall customer service at the beginning, talking to their sales team, and also some of the ways that they did their reviews with the thumbs up, thumbs down, not giving everyone an equal opportunity to leave a review. With Bird's Eye, really, it was the price that was the main aspect why we didn't choose them. We went with Swell when it came to choosing a review platform because really right off the bat, they were awesome and friendly. They were very transparent and honest about their software, their customer support is incredible. Their platform is really easy to use and their integrations were really seamless. I really like the ability to integrate with other platforms to have that automation for the review, but also, I like the ability to be able to go in and insert people when you need to. And also, we manage multiple accounts. As being a franchise, we have multiple franchise owners, and so it's easy for me to go in, in one place and look at all of those accounts and go in and out of each of them. And also, Swell's relationship with Google is very good. They do all of the right things to legally ask for reviews in terms of what Google wants and the laws of Google reviews. They follow all of the rules and they make sure that the reviews that get sent and posted, stayed posted rather than having any potential issues later on. Swell, the platform of Swell was really easy to integrate into our business. There were a couple of glitches that came from the site, having so many different businesses that we were integrating Swell with. Occasionally, sometimes when you would switch between the businesses, it would get stuck and you had to do a refresh kind of thing within the settings to get to the right screen in order to set something up or add a user to that specific business. Other than that, it was super easy. Their team made it really easy because they were on top of things and worked with me to get permissions into our integration platform, really. And so it was really quick. Once we decided to go with them, we were up in a couple of weeks and really know that getting the templates in and all of that, they just did really, really good. If I were giving advice to somebody who was looking at Swell as an option for a review platform, I would ask them to really look at the other platforms, look at the prices and their budget. The more companies that you have, Swells pricing does go down. So if you have a budget and a lot of companies, that is something that Swell is really good at working with. Also, I would really talk to their customer service and the things that they can do to help. Any question I had, they were on top of it and they didn't really try to sell, which is always a plus for me, in terms of working with any software program, really. And then the final thing too, is ask yourself, Google reviews are important. They do other types of reviews. We focus on Google, but for us, Google reviews are really important and it's not something that business owners always really think it upon themselves to ask for those reviews. And so I would just see how important are reviews to you, are you or your team asking for those reviews, and if not, then a program like Swell is really a huge benefit. We've seen really great results with it.
