Arlo for Training Providers vs GoTo Training: Which is a better fit?

I found it easy to insert text and photos onto my website which was fantastic. A very important plus was that the help desk responded quickly when I needed to ask a question.

Their caching mechanism failed to load the widget on our page upon 1st view (had to refresh or go the page again for it to display), so likely lost 10-20% of visitor confused by blank page content.

I like how easy it is to use and all the features are well suited for our needs. It really helps when you can set up a course in 5 minutes, especially if you have 250 a year.

We are now 18 months in and will be switching away from this horrible decision as soon as possible.

Great reporting, very reliable, customer service and the team at Arlo are always looking forward. There are constant updates to improve an already amazing system.

Inability to attach manually sent and received Outlook emails to the contact record. However I hear they're working on it.

Our office loves it and our presenters enjoy the ability to see what their courses look like leading up to the event date.

Sometimes putting up multiple events can cause problems. However, is there is a problem Arlo are really quick to help out.

I have been using GoToTraining for a little over a year and I love it. It's so easy to use and it's fun.

Failure to be accountable for problems. Always blaming others for product failure: it’s a PayPal problem, it’s a safari problem, etc.

The management of the students, tracking, evaluations, reliability of the stability and response of the tool simple excellent.

GTT limits the number of webcams you can show, which is confusing to users when it is cut off after 6 max. There are also glitches with accessing the polls, which customer service has not fixed.

I have been using this software for about 5 months and I am quite pleased with the ease of signing on and sharing with others. I use it to teach an online coarse.

The recent update and redesign of the website is AWFUL. On the webinar side, the issues I most often come across is audio issues.

I loves the ease pf going to my trainings while in school. It was very easy to install onto my device.

The computer audio quality was hit and miss even with an exceptional connection on our end. No option to tie in reporting through other systems, making everything a manual export.
