I found it easy to insert text and photos onto my website which was fantastic. A very important plus was that the help desk responded quickly when I needed to ask a question.
Their caching mechanism failed to load the widget on our page upon 1st view (had to refresh or go the page again for it to display), so likely lost 10-20% of visitor confused by blank page content.
I like how easy it is to use and all the features are well suited for our needs. It really helps when you can set up a course in 5 minutes, especially if you have 250 a year.

At outset the suite of management information was limited however this was quickly addressed with mire reports made available in a short period of time.

In earlier version filtering was limited and moving consumers from one “class” to another wasn’t straight forward but these issues have been fixed in later updates.
The flexibility of the system is also very good and any extra functions that may be needed are looked at and if possible processed by the helpful support team.
The system allows us to have a solid platform in regards to our offering and the back office support we receive is excellent and very timely should we need questions answering.
