Cecilia T.: Hi, I'm Cecilia. I'm a financial administrator, and I give BQE Core Suite a five out of five rating. For more ratings like this, click below. We use it for maintaining costs and in invoicing our clients for the projects as they progress. We do it on a monthly basis, and it's very easy to maintain the accounts for the clients, make sure everything's up to date, and record all the payments. I like BQE because you can really customize pretty much projects, employees, all activities, the way you invoice. You can customize pretty much each process throughout the business cycle to your company's needs. You can filter and create groups and lists to meet the company's needs specifically for you. I work with architectural people who are very visual, and I think they use colors a lot and are very less wordy and more visual, I guess, is the big thing. We find Core sometimes all the screens look exactly the same, so they have to read it. And it's hard for them to say, "Okay, this is a budget screen. This is a fee schedule screen," because they all look the same. They're like blank slates. It would be great if all the budget screens were in one color and all the fee schedule screens were in another color so they know when they're keying something in at what point of the system they're in. Are they in projects? Are they in budgets? Are they in time entries? Green for time entries, yellow for budgets. That would really make, I think, just click in quicker for them. It takes longer for them to read every single screen.

Before going to Fiverr Workplace, I was using things like Upwork, or just finding people on Facebook Business Pitch. However, with all those options for example, Upwork, it was really costly, and people on there were more costly when we're talking about their service offerings and they were not the most professional, which is why I started looking for another [inaudible 00:00:36] I stumbled upon Fiverr Workplace. I chose Fiverr Workplace because of the many options that they have. So it isn't just a very limited option, but there's a vast options that allows us to connect with many people around to talk about their service and what they offer, just so that they can help us with our services in the company. And it is really cost effective with lots of options. [inaudible 00:01:05] Fiverr Workplace, or getting started was really easy. We just need to sign up with our Google account and we are almost immediately set up and running. Integrates together with PayPal, or we can make any payment mode with credit cards, so that was really easy in terms of just an implementation approach. There isn't really any hard obstacles along the way to check out any vendors or any service provider. All we need to do is to start chatting with them, ask them for the portfolio, just to get things going. So Fiverr Workplace is really easy to use, it's self explanatory, there isn't really much of a learning curve. For anyone who is considering Fiverr Workplace, definitely do give a platform a look before jumping into it, or creating account. There's a VIP option as well, just do read through in terms of what that looks like, and effectively if you're using lots of freelancing services, that is definitely a platform for you to go to.
