Hub Planner: Ideal for enterprises and SMBs. Strategize and manage resources, staff, and teams effectively across multiple industries. Highly customizable tool. #planning #resourceallocation
Project and portfolio managers, startups, creative/design/event agencies, construction companies, educational services, and any business that strives to plan and communicate better on projects.
The help guides are detailed & comprehensive, but if they don't provide the answers, the support team are fantastic & responsive, providing a fast & efficient resolution to any problems or questions.
Correcting errors in the system has caused a problem and does require contacting support for corrections.
I like the ease of use and the ability to navigate multiple functionalities and reporting features quickly.
Sometimes if you input an error into your timesheet, you are not allowed to edit and correct the issue.
Hub Planner is powerful tool for projects planning and resource management. It provides great features and powerful UI.
Inability to adjust dates on the dashboard, and set 'line-managers' to approve time-sheets, rather than projects managers as it currently stands.
I like what it looks like. The black background and colour scheme is quite nice.
Poor visibility in planning section (not able to see full title of a scheduled issue).
I have generally had a great experience with GanttPRO and would highly recommend for academic project work, I think the integrated sprint board is a great feature.
Another would move together. So when you accidentally move something, you don't really know how it looks before and this would easily mess the entire timeline.
They provide a good path for completion. I would recommend Ganttpro to anyone who needs a nice looking Gantt chart tool to help with their project planning.
But this could have been due to our lack of experience with the software.
This software allows the creation of Gantt charts, super easy to use and super cheap. I love the user interface and the ability of accessing my projects on the cloud.
We do not manage our projects outside the office. However, the lack of mobile apps surprised me.
I really like the software, I like how it looks, how easy it is to use it, how easy it is to share it and involve other users and how it simplifies the tasks of project management.
Kanban view has limited column options. It needs to be customizable.
Juan P.: Hi, my name is Juan. I'm onboarding specialist at Spoonie. They were a small, medium-sized company from Canada. I grade GanttPRO with a four. So my recent change from [inaudible 00:00:15] to GanttPRO was mainly the option to integrate the Gantt charts with Jira and as well as a cost-effectiveness thing. So that was one of the main reasons to change to GanttPRO. We were actually looking for not a super pro platform that makes sense with a budget. We wanted to sign to it as it was going to be used for a few members of the team and one of the main things that we were looking for, it's the Jira integration to make sense with our other platforms we use in jobs. So Jira integration and portfolio views were kind of the top two things that attracted us to GanttPRO and make the decision. As well, it was making sense in the cost-effectiveness side of things. So I would say those were the three main reasons, cost, Jira integration and portfolio views. So being onboarded with GanttPRO was actually very easy. First, I booked a call with a specialist. I got a longer view of the platform. After that, just after making the payment, setting up things, importing projects from Jira was actually very easy. It's a very intuitive platform, I would say, as majorly all of the Gantt chart management tools or [inaudible 00:02:08] management tools. But yeah, it is actually a pretty easy experience. Two, three hours maybe to set up everything and then replicating projects within it. It's kind of a very fast feature. So yeah, I would say it was easy to set up experience overall. In terms of the advice to people looking to make the decision whether they go or not with GanttPRO would be, first of all, look at the alternatives. Watch if it makes sense, if the integrations they manage with other platforms are the right ones [inaudible 00:02:55] and whether the platform, it's going to be used by many users or just a few users from a company. I would say if integrations make sense for you and the cost as well makes sense for you, then I would say those are the main things, at least in my experience, that were key to make the decision after looking for the overall tools or other five to six options that are relatively close to GanttPRO's price and features.
