PT Distinction vs FITAPP.pro: Which is a better fit?

David: Hi, hello. My name is David. I am an owner of an online company for lower back pain. I give PT Distinction four out of five stars, and for more reviews like this click the link below. I was using Vimeo and I was using their showcase feature, which allowed me to build videos and programs out for my clients. However, I found it quite limited and I needed a little bit more and PT Distinction was the first product I used because it came highly recommended and I was only hearing good things about that product and a lot of other bad things about other products. I chose PT Distinction because as a physical therapist and moving my business online, I actually invested in myself on courses on how to do exactly that. The course I invested in suggested using PT Distinction because that's what they used when they built their courses. And throughout my experience of people learning how to build courses, I kept hearing of many other softwares that were out there that were more expensive, not as user friendly, came with many issues, and most importantly for me, had a lot less functions and basically no customer support compared to what I was learning about with PT Distinction. PT Distinction was actually very easy to onboard and integrate. And what I liked about it was anytime I needed any help before I needed even write an email and get a quick response back, the developer, the owner, I'm not sure really who he is, but he does amazing videos that walk you through exactly what you need to do to basically get your question answered. And the nicest thing is you can always see the timestamp of how long the video is, and they're all from two to three minutes. That was honestly one of the best things I could have found because it was to the point. It was quick. It was helpful. And I got really the answers I needed the minute or the second I was looking for them. I've already gotten three or four people to switch over to PT Distinction from other software, which was one of the reasons I started with PT Distinction. One of the issues I have with them, funny enough is actually one of the benefits. However, it didn't work so well for me is their ability to upload your own videos to their server. For me, that's fantastic because that cuts out the fact of me sharing a link from Vimeo or LinkedIn and it pulling the feed. My videos are actually on their server, which means they should load faster and cleaner. For some reason, I have uploaded over 150 videos and often there's a lag between the voice and what I am doing. However, I seem to be the only one with that problem, because right now I have 10 plus friends that have moved over to PT Distinction, do the exact same thing I do, and they do not have that problem. And in return, they don't have that problem on the software desktop, if you will. But they also don't have that problem within the app that comes with the software, which is amazing for all of my clients. The only downside is that sometimes there's an audio lag, if you would call it that, between what I'm doing, exercise wise and actually what I'm saying.
