BusyPaws vs DogBizPro: Which is a better fit?

It's not as expensive and because of that I think it's great. They're constantly improving the product and I hope it becomes even better.

The second time this happened was so frustrating, our key staff member resigned - couldn't handle the stress of dozens of clients calling in the error in their account.

I love the system, the support is outstanding they take on your requests of innovation and changes are implemented quickly. It’s a nice one stop shop for my business.

Busy Paws advertises that the Learning Management System is comparable to "Kajabi or Teachable, built for dog trainers. This is misleading and FALSE.

So far so good, it is meeting my booking needs and the customer service has been amazing.

I have read complaints from others about the difficulty with learning the software and getting set up.

Their customer service has always been amazing and they have spent a lot of time with me fixing things or helping me understand how to set up services.

Also the fact that we have to use Stripe is annoying.

Dog Biz Pro is amazing with their Excellent customer service. Always ready to answer questions and so helpful.

Do not get involved with this company, you will regret it.

The reports feature is great as well. Their customer support is top notch and they have a very extensive, easy to use "help" page that details how to do a lot of things.

Unfortunately, there aren't others that really specialize in dog training and lack in other areas that are essential.

Many great features and the updates have been fabulous. I still have a little difficulty with the register and giving refunds.

No way to revisit the content of messages sent through DBP. Not intuitive for those who have limited tech savvy.

I really appreciate that when suggestions are made for improvements, DogBizPro is really great. Overall I like the product.

I repeatedly experienced issues with this program, from the automatic mailing system failing to send out class alerts, to glitches with the way my lesson plans appeared to my customers online.
