Poster POS vs Instore: Which is a better fit?

Would recommend, Overall great value for the product. Saved a lot of time using Poster instead of excels and other programs for financial and inventory aspects.

Split bill functionality missing. Customization is a hassle.

The way this POS has been built makes it viable for numerous applications. It is up there with Toast, Revel, or any other "leading" Companies, claiming to have the best.

When using on windows it might crash sometimes.

I love the POS system for the waiters as it is clear and straight forward. It's easy to see what is happening via the Poster Boss app.

The inventory is difficult to manage becaus we use a lot of providers and products.

Super easy to use, plenty of customized options, good track of sales.

The integration into our property management system was a bit tricky, but the team helped us out with their know how.

It is easy to program through the back office and the ability to customize is amazing. I also appreciate the easy of use with gift cards.

When you leave a message it would sometimes take several hours for them to call back. The reps would always blame my "enviroment" for the software not working.

Overall I am very satisfied with the instore software and the hardware. I love the reporting that is available and the easy of use.

I feel that the Credit card processing is a bit off. I would gave power outages often and also lost lots of money on offline processing.

We are happy with the system and we are hoping that because we have had bugs worked out so quickly that that is a sign that the software is still evolving and can grow with us.

Key features missing for food service business. Missing ingredient level inventory and a feature to track waste so that your end of day numbers are exact.

I like the customization features. You can tailor the app to help it function best for your store needs.

At times when updates have occurred some information has been lost or repositioned.
