Bullhorn for Salesforce vs IdealTraits: Which is a better fit?

Things like Daxtra Search and the ease of use in Salesforce has made our database so much stronger and our data so much cleaner. I would highly recommend this tool for any recruiting organization.

It's clunky and feels outdated. It often crashes/renews causing items to be lost.

I looked at proprietary solutions as well as ones built on other platforms and the power of Salesforce combined with the customizations of Talent Rover are a winning team that is also highly scalable.

Every recruiting company/team is different, so explain what you want, and they are good at being consultative and figuring out what is the best solution.

I am confident you'll see their slick design, cloud-based architecture and mobile capabilities as being superior to everything else out there.

I love how easy it is to navigate the site. Being able to see where each of the candidate's stage in the employment application is great.

This needs to work better from my cell phone because I'm always on the go. This is terrible on IOS.

The recruiting feature with indeed and the short answer. I like that it gives me an idea of who they are and what position would be the best fit for them at my company before I talk with them.

I'm new to this and have yet to fully use the product so no comment just yet.

Easy to use and provides useful information. Been nice watching them grow and expand their offerings to include things like job-posting and video interview.

I cannot create multiple posting in specific areas of my state and I get too many out of state candidates.

Everything is great and when I needed help I could get it from a friendly rep.

I didnt find the right candidate unfortunately but I am picky.
