Provides preview, auto, and predictive dialing, as well as a fully integrated CRM system with in-bound/out-bound calling capabilities. Built-in email client, and local presence dialing available.
It also looks great when we have clients come in to listen to calls or to meet the agents which in turn makes us look good. I would recommend ContactSpace to any business in this industry.

Visually I think its the best system out there and because every part of the system is so intuitive it allows you to be very creative in your set up.
Before we started using ContactSpace we were using a much more complicated application that had limited usability and in general made my day much less productive.
Ease of use, ability to handle many initiatives simultaneously, great oversight of agents activity and output, nicely customisable.
There's nothing that sticks out about the software its self that I would say 'I don't like that.
Plays well with others; API connectors between ContactSpace and ScalesForce are reliable and improve real time information management.
The function ability and ease of use is incredible never though it could be so easy. The monitoring is probably the best though.

We never had such a good all in one software that basically runs our call center. Its ease could be taught to anyone and its great that we can monitor and step in on calls too right from our own desk.
Filtering and doing specific searches can be more difficult to navigate.
The system structure and functionalities are superb. And the tech support team is always very helpful.
It is very plain, and it is hard to see the small and inconspicuous buttons sometimes.
The staff at Sales Sling are friendly and helpful, and were always prompt and courteous when we needed support or had questions.
The only thing i don't like is when you have two windows open it wont let you use the soft phone. Then you have to close out the windows hit shift+ F5 and re-sign in.
