I love the user accessibility and ease of use of the systems. We use multiple systems so I also love the integration between them.
There is a lot to look at on the one screen can get confusing.
An OSH system that is cloud based, incase anything happens to our hard copy version. Lots of fast, friendly assistance (and news + updates) Great service, great product, great people.
Poor user interface-not intuitive at all. Our staff had to write large user manuals to explain the arcane steps required for simple operations.
Additionally provides us opportunity to be pro-active about not repeating the compliance issues thanks to Donesafe's strong analyzing tools.
Sometimes gets a bug and some of the tabs go missing.
The product is very easy to use and the customer service has been outstanding. Has taken our safety tracking to another level.
Mobile App is very basic. No manual or training provided from Donesafe for development.
My overall all experience has been great. Customer service is great, they have always been helpful and Morgan is rockstar.
Possibly for someone who did not have a lot of computer experience, they may have trouble navigating.
And any issues or questions we had about the account were answered pretty much immediately. The staff at SET Safety are very friendly and always willing to help if we need it.
For example, I had trouble with deleting user group locations and moving users to a different location as they did not have clear instructions, this is not a major issue, though.
Being able to use both internally developed and SetSafety courses is helpful. SENSITIVE CONTENT] is extremely responsive and helpful.
I like everything about this software, I've encountered 0 problems.
The wide variety of courses also allows us to fulfill most of our training needs with our SET Safety group account which is great.
I don't find the user interface intuitive (I am the administrator of several external systems). The account set-up causes lots of confusion with our contractors.
